        Do not recommend. My 3 year old son was being targeted by 2 teenage boys who then went on to physically hit my 3 year old who was crying. One staff member who was the manager KATE was acting as if I was the one in the wrong for wanting to speak with the parent regarding their boys behaviour. KATE was arrogant with a lot of attitude who kept repeating the teenagers was little boys, my child is 3!!! My boy is the little boy not them. KATE didnt want to listen to me and was condoning the boys bullying, she then continued to follow me wanting to argue, not professional at all! Other staff was lovely specially the man that told the boys to get off. Airvault would be better if management wasnt so poorly spoken. KATE also wanted to comment on MY parenting because I wanted to speak with the boys parents which was NOTHING to do with her.
