Anthony runs a friendly, relaxed class for all ages and genders. I attend with my entire family - myself, my wife, 2 girls (8 &11) and 6 year old son. Anthonys approach is patient, informative and fun. Warm ups are constantly different to keep interest high and the technical side of the martial art is delivered in a professionally clear manner. Anthony is always willing to listen to students as well and is open to questions about techniques and styles. His approach is proven by the fact that in our last grading, all of my family passed with A* passes. We are all very proud of this. Classes are well priced with family discounts available. There are also free taster sessions available so it doesnt cost you anything to come and try. The club is part of a much wider network and is very well run by the senior instructor under whom Anthony trains. I thoroughly recommend this class to everyone and anyone.

I've been training under Anthony for two years and I've learned so much in that time, the training is fun, comprehensive, and a great challenge. The training is very enjoyable as well as in depth and useful, it has given me the confidence to compete in competitions and warm medals. Pricing is brilliant and the class always has a smile in their face, would recommend to everyone who would like to build on exercise, confidence, self defence, or simply wants to learn something new.
