Tried to order, website was a nightmare, didn't understand delivery and no answer on the phone. I don't think they are a real business??

Great experience with Lux365. Customer service is fantastic. Delivery was quick. Have bought from other stores previously, although will be buying from Lux365 from now on.

I needed to upgrade my workshop lighting from old style fluorescent tubes, to the later energy efficient LED type tubes. I wanted a quality product & not some cheap Chinese rubbish, so I was drawn by the Osram brand. This is a quite deep subject & one that takes some time to understand, so I needed some help from customer support. The website has a very convenient "lets chat" feature which quickly puts you in conversation with a member of the support team. I was helped by a fella called Steve, who quickly guided me toward the products that I needed & he offered me a few options, with an explanation about the pros & cons of each choice. My purchase arrived promptly the next day & they work exactly as Steve said they would. I am pleased to say that I could not be happier with my experience with parting with a chunk of money. Good value & service to match. Keep up the good work!
