Been very helpful to me. Downloaded the guide and sent documentation to County Court Money Claims centre asking them to serve a claim as advised in the guide. They wrote back to say they no longer served claim forms direct to the defendant. The letter was not clear about how to serve the claim, which was out of jurisdiction of the court (a claim on a Scottish company). I emailed Small Claims Court Genie one evening with details of the letter for information, not expecting an individual response. I was surprised and grateful to receive a detailed and helpful reply the next morning which explained how to serve the claim and also how to access and complete a certificate of service form.
