    Jen was very welcoming and showed me round the bunny boarding to where my 2 rabbits could share a hutch outdoors. I left my bunnies with Jen for 8 nights. I received photos of them on their first night which was lovely. When I picked the bunnies up, I was told they were one big ball of fluff and malting lots and needed separating to get them in the carrier. I later found out from Jen this meant they had been fighting which wasnt what I had been told. Upon getting them home, one bunny was very poorly and Jen was not the most helpful on the phone when I was asking questions about any incidents whilst in her care - dismissing my comments and talking over me. I told her I was sure one bunny would die that night and she said to keep her updated after a visit to the emergency vets (and 200 vet bill). I have since been busy trying to adapt to a pair of now un bonded rabbits (having to buy another hutch for one) and giving medication to another but I would have appreciated a quick message to ask how they are doing. I am aware you have other animals to care for but a bit more empathy towards two rabbits that have come home from your care un bonded and one seriously poorly would have been appreciated. I am sure this wouldnt happen on every bunny visit but your lack of support during our phone call and the lack of effort to see how my rabbits are doing after the call has really added to our very stressful week.
