        I was recommended to this surgery about 3 years ago I was very satisfied with the service provided, after about 18 months I noticed a decline in the service and it has gone downhill ever since pre covid it was poor but since corvid trying to get an appointment is like pulling hens teeth, the practice needs a complete overhaul. The phone system for appointments is appalling get into the 21st century, this is no reflection on the treatment I have received from the doctor's and the nurses they have been very professional
