        I think they do the best they can with the resources they have. Reception staff seem to have improved recently, this is a welcome change. They will always try to see a child who is ill but they are overwhelmed with an older population who seem to use a lot of the appointments so they are hard to book. Getting worse sadly. Reception staff look depressed, no appointments, overall a poor service. 2023 - The new layout of the Reception area means that you have to shout your information through a screen at the desk to whoever is behind it. Not very client friendly or discreet.

        Absolutely shocking this place, My poor mother left in pain and told to wait for 4 weeks to see a doctor it's totally disgusting the way this system is.
