Difficult to get an appointment to see GP, phone constantly engaged then no appointments left. Once you do get to see a GP they are usually interested in your concerns and helpful

This doctors is a joke to get through to been trying get my partner and the phone line dont even put u in a que just constantly engaged then by the time you get through theres no appointments its ridiculous

The appointment system needs a complete overhaul, I managed to get an appointment today by going through the 111 system, the doctor I saw was excellent caring most of all empathy

Been waiting 4 weeks to be referred. Rang back twice to find out what's going on with my referral only to be told again it's still with the GP! Took 5 week to get the GP appointment. Pretty poor and really need to up their game a bit

Tried for 3 days to get them to pick up the phone and book an appointment for an elderly relative When they finally answered, Supprise Supprise no appointments available ring back tomorrow 1 star is too many, but no option to give them no stars
