    We bought a northstone home and everything was good to start off with. 6 months down the line things came to a complete stop, repairs were incredibly slow and not fixed correctly when they were done. Our roof leaked through into the walls upstairs, they came to fix it, and a few months later it leaked in the same spot again. We went around to the hub to speak to Graeme who laughed in our faces and said its a Saturday and ring the emergency number, who said it wasnt their issue. We allowed northstone to have our back door key as we are at work all day, this allowed them to enter our home with prior permission to get things fixed. Again, this worked well for a while, until they entered our home twice without permission. We asked for our back door key back at the beginning of October, and was told it wasnt locked in the hub, but was on site somewhere. Weve now asked repeatedly for this back and it hasnt appeared, the emails are going ignored and Im assuming it is lost. Which now means we need to get a lock smith out. Weve also asked repeatedly for someone to come and survey the loft and roof to check that it is fixed properly and that there are no damp issues, again, this has been ignored. A long list of issues that keep getting longer, not that anyone cares as they are too busy building new homes. You only need to go onto the Facebook groups to see that everyone is having issues that arent being fixed. I wouldnt bother giving northstone any of your money.
