Very disappointed with the service . A quote was given me early summer 21 which I agreed on . I understood there was a delay to get a date for work trimming my trees and was very patient whilst they managed to get a team together I did however have to keep chasing them as no reply to my emails . Eventually after calling them they told me I was top of the queue But they never contacted me again , not even to apologise or to say they couldnt do the work so I left it . Its now November 21 and I still didnt hear back . I got another company to do the work . Just replying to emails and keeping me up to date on progress would have been helpful

I rang to request a quote and was told someone would get back to me the same day. No one came back so I rang again towards the end of the following day to give plenty of time for them to call me. The guy apologised for no one getting back to be but confirmed he would look into it immediately and call me back that day. Again I got no call back so dont feel that this company values their customers at all. Very disappointed as I thought as theyd been around for a number of years that their service would be much better. Now going to look for a company that provides a hopefully much better service than Chaffin.
