Absolutely dire company! Had sliding doors installed 4 years ago. They had to come out after they stopped working last October. They have broken again. The response (from the MD) was just this. Verbatim! As I say you need to get somebody to do some maintenance on the products This is after seeing a video of the doors clearly broken being shared (they no longer open). Feel free to contact me if youd like to see the doors after being installed for 4 years. You can then decide if youd like to buy from them after seeing it. Strongly strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Sadly we are now going to have to go down a legal route to cover the costs of repairing - hoping this saves somebody else that pain. Truly awful sadly

Excellent pre sales service. Elliott took us through all our options, explained all the pros and cons of their range of their products, and took us on a tour of the workshop. Good to see a British company selling quality British made products.

Highly recommend 1st Class Window Systems. We have used them in a professional capacity for coming up to 1no year and the 1st Class team are very helpful and always provide a fantastic service from quotation stage through to delivery. The window and door products they offer are excellent quality and great value for money.
