I was in need of some electrical work for my retail premises as I was undergoing a refurbishment. I needed all the sockets replacing, along with new cables and light fittings after the plasterer. I had already spoken to a couple of electricians previously, who not only told me the work was not possible, but also the quotes given for the advised work were high. I asked Chris Wilson to come and have a look at the job, and he quickly advised me that it was completely possible to do the work expected, and also managed to move his work around for it to be done quickly as we had a reopening date set, and we were running behind. When the team arrived, they were very professional, kept me informed, explained what they were doing, and also were very patient with my last minute change of mind, when positioning of lights and sockets were concerned. They always left the shop tidy each day. The work was completed in time, and to a very good standard, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chris and his team to anyone who requires any sort of electrical work, from a light switch change to Car Charging ports. The cost of the job was clear when quoted, I was given good advice when choosing light fittings, and overall a great service. Thanks Chris for a great job. I was very impressed by Eastbourne Electrical, who installed a Tesla charger, Nest thermostat and extractor fan over the last couple of days. During the site visit (in advance of the work), Steve explained various approaches, and investigated the safety of my house wiring before giving a detailed quote. During the job, Chris was professional, friendly and respectful throughout, and made a very neat finish of all the components fitted. To his credit, Chris re-visited me in Tunbridge Wells first thing the following morning when I asked for a tweak. Really delighted with the results.
