Harts Green Pilates

I have attended Pilates classes with various studios around the country and used Pilates equipment for many years. Having recently moved to the area I have now had a number of lessons with Harts Green Pilates and have been really impressed; Emily's knowledge and skill, and the equipment she has at her disposal, are all excellent... as good or better than I have experienced anywhere else.

I started Pilates with Emily a year ago. It has made a huge difference not only in my body but in my mind as well. When I came to Emily I was not in my best physical & mental space. Emily not only helped me become more positive but with her gentle caring nature and constant encouragement gave me the strength and confidence to push myself further. She takes the effort to demonstrate the right techniques which enables one to achieve the optimum result. I feel rejuvenated after every session and wish those 60mins were longer. I trust her given the immense knowledge she holds in her field and cant recommend her enough!

Emily is a real find and I have been looking for a long time since moving down from London. Her knowledge and understanding of the body and how different we are as individuals is so impressive and reassuring. I leave every class feeling stronger, happier and knowing I am progressing each week. She truly is a wonderful instructor!

So glad Ive found Emily at Harts Green Pilates, such a warm friendly person who puts you at ease the moment you walk into class. I look forward to every session. She has an amazing ability to detect issues/niggles just from looking at you and the way you move. Definitely feeling stronger and more aligned and not planning on stopping anytime soon. Highly recommend.

I very much enjoy my weekly Pilates sessions with Emily. She takes the time to discuss any health issues or niggles at the start of each lesson and then creates an interesting and varied routine for the lesson. I am new to Pilates with equipment and find it a really good workout. Emily is very knowledgable about muscles and explains each exercise so that you get the maximum benefit from it. She is a very hands on instructor and is constantly moving from person to person to help them feel the movement. My lower back pain has improved hugely since I started. I highly recommend her classes.
