Rude and unpleasant on the phone. When I called, I have been told that my car will be taken away a week later. I phoned them again on the day the car was supposed to be taken away, to ask what time that will happen. I have been told that they wont tell me, and will just call before they leave, to see if I'm in. After waiting all day, they didnt show up. Called them up the next day to ask what happened. After some spirited exchange I was told rather unconvincingly that the lorry was broken down that day. Even if that would have been the case, you would expect them to notify you. But before I could point this out, the phone was put down on their end. My advice is to anybody who wants to dispose of their car is to use Bartletts Metal Recycling. They are faster, will give you more money for your car, and very pleasant on the phone also.
