I have been with this surgery about 8 Months now, I fought for an appointment my very first having Moved from Suffolk, I had a few Things that were important and my first joining This surgery ,the doctor was short with Me When I pointed out another ongoing issue he quite abruptly said one appointment one condition or Words to That Effect . I have since Not had another appointment but Rather suffer with my PTSD, Chronic Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, thyroid and Nerve pain. The reception staff are not dissimilar to the SS but les by the office manager she is so rude. The prescription System is awful and many complaints often Regular medications changed (cheapest) so confusion especially elderly. I absolute Dred having to contact them. I believe many Opt for the walk in surgeries rather than Westfield BUT Dr Claire Illsy is lovely as to is Sedlescombe surgery from receptionist to doctors how can there be one excellent and one abominable! When joint surgeries! Avoid Westfield the worst surgery Ive ever know .

Visited with my non verbal autistic who was visibly distressed at being there. Nurse came out to the waiting room got frustrated with the noise she was making and started aggressively attempting to shush her. Which is said something at the time, will be going in to make a complaint.

Reception very abrupt and rude, stating opening times when advertised differently, only want to access a doctor but made to feel unwelcome and belittled

Lack of communication is unreal, wife and 1 year old have been waiting over an hour past the appointment time, no reason given, not even acknowledging anyone. Receptionists keep their eyes down and won't look at anyone. Honestly, an embarrassment.
