Really pleased with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend. I had to cancel my survey at the last minute and this company was quite happy to refund me in full. I left a voicemail saying I would like to rearrange the appointment and forgot about it for a few days, but when I called them back they had already been and done it. There were a few issues raised on the survey and some I didnt fully understand. When I phoned to ask the surveyor he spent about 45 minutes on the phone to me and was very helpful and patient in explaining things to me. Brilliant service!!

I cannot praise this firm enough. From Megan to Louis Hawkins everyone I spoke to was super professional. Louis Hawkins was very helpful and informative in answering the numerous questions I had prior to and following my survey. Everything was acted upon quickly and efficiently. The surveyor highlighted potentially huge problems which might not of been picked up otherwise. As a result I did not go through with the purchase of the property and although terribly disappointed, I am so grateful to have avoided a potential disaster. Thanks again to a great team !

Carried out tier 3 buildings survey for me and provided helpful information in the survey and follow-up phone calls. After purchasing new home, I instructed H&H to do a schedule of works. Unfortunately, the outlandish quotes were so shocking that I sought my own quotes independently from recommended and reputable tradespeople. They've come back a quarter of the H&H prices, and work done so far has been very good. Helpful for purchase info but I recommend doing independent research over using H&H for ongoing work.
