Cradley Surgery

Fantastic surgery who when still under so much pressure provide a fantastic service. They have also been amazing looking after my mums many needs and compared to other doctor surgeries in the area are in a league of their own. Friendly and helpful reception staff and fab nurses to boot. We are very lucky.

Today (20.09.21) My Father rang the GP for an appointment the lady on the phone was not intrested in the slightest what was wrong she did not ask if it was an emergency or anything. My father has had terrible back pain for the last few weeks so hes been taking co codimal for the pain, we tried to convince him to make an appointment, the lady on the phone said with an attuide we have no appointments until the first few weeks into October, my father has awful health problems and has been rolling around on the floor in agony. We have had to top him up with meds, sprays, creams the lot. He can barley move. The surgery is absolutely awful the staff are very rude and apprupt.

We recently moved to Cradley and I wanted to write and say what brilliant care we have received already, we can certainly see why the surgery is rated number 1 in Herefordshire! The receptionists are so polite and professional, every time I've rang they have been helpful and listened well. We have had no difficulty being seen if needed - 2 examples, my son woke feeling unwell saying the lights were hurting his eyes and didn't seem right and within an hour after ringing we had had an appointment and review. I also have just had a baby and c section and the hospital didn't give me adequate pain relief for home and at almost 5pm on a Friday I rang and they helped sort me out before the weekend which was amazing! Thank you so very much, we are grateful and feel safe living in the catchment of such excellent care.

Since moving to Cradley a year ago I have to say my husband and I have had exemplary care from the doctors, nursing staff and receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are very helpful too. Thank you all
