        Now trading as Phoenix coffee. Terrible service! As a small business owner they have really let us down with their lack of care and incompetence as I have been supplied faulty goods and they arent prepared to resolve the issue.

        Absolutely shocking service been without a machine for 2 weeks now lost business. But quick enough to take the 500 for insurance. Lost count of how many times been told part in post. Now wont even answer the phone.

        Scammers! Rubbish machine, worse customer service. They just want your money n then pass you on to a finance company who charge you every month regardless of the machine being broken n not being able to use it!
