Do not use this mans services. I had him survey a property 2 years ago that I later purchased and moved into. Since then, I have encountered countless issues both inside and outside the property, ranging from minor to major, to extreme safety concerns. He managed to not see rotting wood, structural leaks, gas leaks, water damage, wasp nests, rat infestations, to name but a few. This was either due to sheer negligence, or lack of skill. I followed up with him several months after moving into my home, all he had were excuses and redundant offer "to come back around". Come back around to do what I ask you, now that the purchase has gone through and everything done and dusted??

Has carried out house surveys for both my son and daughter. Reports sent out swiftly are easy to read with clear advice.
