        Promised to send fee proposal after 3 phone calls I still have not heard anything. Unfortunately time limit has expired for application of works with the council and now need to submit a new application. If he didn't want the job it would have been better to be honest

        This guy really knows his stuff. I am still in a dispute over a tree next to my house but he spoke to me at length and helped pacify (to some degree) what could still escalte into a nasty stand off. Although, I will certainly do my best to avoid this. He knows his stuff about tress too which is handy.
