Sian delivers a bespoke and professional service, ensuring that my on-going didficulties are supported in the best way possible. The exercise plan is adapted each month to consider any developments, and I would honestly go nowhere else for treatment.

Sian is a life saver! After a lot of pain and restrictive movement in my shoulder, Sian managed to get me back to light physical work after just 3 sessions! I have a physical job working with and riding horses, I get various aches, pains and injuries. I use County Border Osteopaths regularly, and they never disappoint. They have sorted out shoulder pain, tennis elbow, back pain and knee pain (and more) so far within a few treatments. They are very knowledgeable and profession, they get you in as soon as they can and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!
