Doctors informed me of a telephone consultation to discuss results, was told between 2-6pm.phoned in morning to leave mobile no. Due to being at work. 6.03 pm nothing!! Very poor service..

Terrible experience with making appointments and emergency appointments. The day before christmas eve (friday) they told me to wait for a callback 4-6 pm with a really sick under 3 year old (who ended up in emergency care with breathing difficulties). No emergency appointments, near impossible to get a face to face appointment. They turned me away in person to make an appointment for the same 2 year old who is having trouble hearing. The only option to book is to call at 8 am, but the phones is engaged almost without fail - there is no queue to wait to speak tk someone. Feel completely desperate to be able to access simple healthcare for my children (forget the adults, I won't even bother trying)

This is terrible practice - register somewhere else if you can. Never any appointments and reception are unhelpful

I am not impressed with this surgery. They are still not seeing people face to face. How can you diagnose someone over the phone. Its hard to get an appointment was waiting well over 3 weeks to see someone. And this is why the hospitals are getting clogged up you can't get an appointment with your GP. So people go to hospital. As its quicker waiting 8 hours there. Then trying to get an appointment at your local surgery.

USELESS!!! Forget the idea of actually getting to see a doctor, you cant! Not here anyway. The Westerham practice (like all doctors surgeries) receives funding from central government to have YOU as a patient on their books however it is IMPOSSIBLE to see a doctor at this surgery no matter how you try. The receptionists are surly, rude and have ideas above their stations asking invasive questions about why you need to see a doctor (which, incidentally, is illegal to do as it is confidential between you and your doctor). A couple of years ago I managed to SEE a doctor (not a telephone appointment) and was amazed, I was the ONLY patient waiting at the all woman practice (no, there are no male doctors here). Read into this what you will but it would appear that the doctors at this surgery dont like to be worked too hard!! If you actually want to be able to see a doctor I would try another surgery as this one is ATROCIOUS from start to finish. I am looking for a new surgery..
