Violet is an exceptionally talented designer who helped design and refurbish our kitchen/dining area following installation of a boiler unit. She managed the entire process professionally and promptly. Violet took into account our budget constraints and accommodated where possible to keep the cost sensible. We put up with our old kitchen for a very long time, fearing that the stress of designing, choosing and sourcing a new one would be too much! But Ruach is local to us and one day my wife just walked in and that was that. We both popped back and immediately fixed an appointment for a designer to visit us. We didnt need to look anywhere else - sometimes you just know when its right. The entire design process was pain free. We felt listened to and understood. They replied willingly to endless questions and requests to change things. They researched alternatives when there were things we werent sure about, and they always remembered it was our kitchen and didnt expect us to accept anything we werent happy with. The visuals were very helpful, and the plans were full of detail and very easy to understand. The schedule bringing in all the different trades was clear and efficient, and the choice of suppliers is great. The kitchen was finished in July 2019 and everything still looks and feels as new - a testament to the quality of providers that Ruach choose to work with. But our biggest praise goes to our kitchen fitters - James, Ben and Neil. They were a delight to have around, and that is terribly important when the kitchen is the central part of your home. They are clearly expert in their profession, with skill and experience that are invaluable when the unexpected arises. The process looks so simple on paper - but once youre back to bare brick walls and no floor you find all the hidden quirks. Their attention to detail went above and beyond, and the kitchen they gave us is everything we could have hoped for. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruach. Service: Remodeling

Ruach kitchens offer bespoke kitchens at a surprisingly affordable price. I was worried when my wife took me along expecting another over priced outfit that were interested more in the depth of your pockets than your kitchen. I couldnt have been more wrong. Their professionalism from start to finish was first class, as were the quality of their kitchens. From advanced video head sets showing your chosen kitchen in virtual form (just like on the tele) to installation and after sales we could not be happier. Its very difficult to find companies particularly in the construction industry that act with true accountability and integrity and treat their customers as the client. Ruach excelled at every level. I am not the easiest person to work with and expect high standards and good quality when departing with my hard earned cash. I also do not write blogs like this but on this occasion feel its well deserved. My final point is to thank Ian who runs the company. He was involved at every stage, commercial in his approach and understanding of anything we wanted to change (you dont always get it right first time). Huge thanks to the Ruach team who I would have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use again (if we need another kitchen!) Thanks Mark OHare
