Alan Davis had my very rare Smiths Speedometer in for repair for six weeks. During this time, he has failed to repair the speedo, lost parts from it, broken the speedo mechanism itself (which wasn't even part of the repair), failed to return it when promised, and given me false information throughout about the repair and the speedometer's whereabouts.
