        Absolutely superb customer service by both Aqualisa and the engineer Paul F 244. I had a leak in my newly bought aq100 and the ease by which I was able to get the problem resolved with customer services and the ease by which I was able to schedule an engineer(came within a week of call) was nothing short of incredible. Any company dealing with customers needs to look and learn. Thank you

        Dave did a brilliant job. Only one who could tell me exactly why i need a a new showe. Calm and very enjoybale. I would recommend him as an AQUALISA ambassador not just as an engineer. Good job Dave !
