        We have had 5 of these fans. 4 fans were installed easily without any issues, turned on and perfect. The last fan had an issue with the motor control, after an email to Fantasia they sent me a replacement without quibble - which solved the problem instantly. The fans are quiet, barely audible at low speed and only minor noise at medium speed and have been absolutely invaluable in the last few days. The whole family have slept under them during the heatwave, without which we would have been far worse for wear. Thanks!

        Our Fantasia ceiling fan stopped working and panic set in as we relied upon on it so much during the warmer months. We contacted Fantasia Ceiling Fans and had a very speedy reply with a suggestion that the problem lay with the remote control along with a link to a replacement part. The diagnosis appeared to be quite logical so we purchased said replacement at a very good price. We then decided that it appeared to be pretty straight forward to replace ourselves so did just that. Our Ceiling Fan is now repaired and working just as before and the replacement part even has a facility to set the fan for a number of hours rather than continuously. We're a tad dubious about the pads being rubberised but time will tell whether the markings wear off as often happens but wow, what fantastic customer service Fantasia Ceiling Fans give to its customers. That's quite a change from many other companies today and we would recommend purchasing from this company without any hesitation. Many thanks to Richard for sorting out our problem and providing a solution - all online.
