        Booked an appointment for 10 am Friday morning, the shop was closed, I waited 25 min, tried to call, went through to voicemail and I left a message. I did not receive a call back with an apology.

        I have been using Urban Hairdressers for over 10 years and found Debra to be a very professional stylist. I took a gamble and used another local hairdresser at one time and found the cut inferior to Urban's professionalism. A new client will be questioned about exactly what they are seeking in their treatment and receive it with great care and time. Debra may take a little longer with her hair treatment /style /cut but one will leave feeling they have received the very best value for their money. Like most hair salons Debra has increased her prices but at the end of the day her service to ones hair will be worth every penny. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
