        I accidentally ordered from them not knowing that they didn't ship and was collection only. Completely my fault. However, Lee called me to clarify this and he was friendly, helpful and understanding of my mistake. My order was promptly cancelled and I received my refund in full. They seemed to me to be very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout.
