Cannot recommend this company highly enough. EVERY member is really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. A rare find indeed these days. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else after experiencing such a helpful and caring service at a very stressful time. Strongly recommend anyone to try SMV and see the difference! Also important to know that their after sales service is also second to none. In our opinion, they really are the best in the business.

Visited today, 5 star customer service. Patrick spent time assisting us and patiently listened to our requirements. Would highly recommend this company. Patrick was very knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful.

I contacted Southern Mobility via email regarding a vehicle I had seen on their website. It was a van only recently added so I asked for some photos. Patrick emailed me back very promptly, provided me with lots of information and offered a Whatsapp walk round of the vehicle. He also sent me lots of photos of the vehicle. We wanted to view the vehicle and try out the client's wheelchair to ensure it fitted. Patrick arranged for a colleague of his, Jim to bring the van to us to try it out. Again, very accommodation and was able to give us a full demonstration as to how everything worked. We decided that the vehicle was perfect for our client. The accounts department then took over proceedings and again, was dealt with promptly and efficiently updating us every step of the way. The process took less than two weeks in total, including part ex. The van was delivered to the clients' house where the support team were given a further demonstration. Thank you, Patrick and Jim, for all your hard work, and to those behind the scenes. Highly recommended, fast, efficient great communication and a great selection of vehicles to meet all needs. Will definitely be back in the future, and will be recommending to others.

Southern Mobilities were incredibly helpful in providing a suitable vehicle for my family. Overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience and should we need another vehicle in the future I would not hesitate to return to this company.

Avoid this company.....I had to take them to court to get justice after buying a mobility vehicle from them. I had a terrible experience buying a vehicle from Southern Mobility Vehicles Ltd. In the end, it is MY opinion that they became and are disingenuous, condascending, bullying, arrogant and manipulative motor traders. There are plenty of alternative WAV companies out there people......do your research before you commit...... .............................................................. Just to note, in response to SMVs response... I believe my review is not defamatory as it is factually true and my personal opinion/experience of buying a mobility vehicle from SMV ltd. I will not be intimidated by SMV with threats of legal action publicly on here and from their solicitor over an honest and true Google review.
