You're looking after my mother in law, apologies, you're supposed to be looking after my mother in law....carers meant to have been there at 2030, and 2200 still nothing. my wife has called you and your answer is, you cannot locate your carers.......are you serious. wouldn't be too bad if it was a one off, but it's not, obviously can't tell the time or plan as you are never there when you're meant to be. Added to the fact mum was left in a state this afternoon, been ill, and yet nothing recorded. Your lack of management is appalling, you seem to have some good reviews, how is absolutely beyond me as you can't be trusted to even turn up let alone do what you're paid to do! Update - finally turned up, wife extremely upset with them for them to say they want to leave the job as they're being bullied to squeeze jobs in.
