VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I placed an order on the 15th Dec for collection today (21st Dec) after 10:30am. My husband went down to collect the flowers and the shop was shut. So, I messaged the shop to be told they haven't arrived yet, as there had been delays and they couldn't tell me when they would be arriving?! I understand things can happen beyond their control, but what really annoyed me was the fact that as the shop was shut, the owners clearly knew the delivery wasn't arriving today! So, it would have been nice to have been informed beforehand especially, as they knew the order is for a funeral! So, I'm now going to have to spend the day trying to find flowers, which is exactly what I didn't want to do and reason why I was happy to pay 6.25 a bunch rather than 3.50 from elsewhere, as I didn't want this hassle. I'm really, really disappointed by the service recieved...... well lack of it! I understand problems can occur but to not inform us beforehand is very, very unprofessional, and on that basis I would not recommend this florist! Also, when I messaged saying why wasn't we informed prior to the agreed collection time etc....I've had no reply!

AMAZING evening spent making my first ever Christmas wreath with my mother in law...such a warm and friendly atmosphere will definitely be coming back again for other workshops and to order flowers arrangements for gifts. Cant recommend this local florist enough. Thank you again for a lovely evening of chatting drinking bubbly and being crafty enjoyed by both of us. Will see you next year!

We ordered posies for a memorial plot - and they were beautiful! Such great value too. The staff couldnt have been more helpful in putting together what we wanted (they dont advertise these on their website but were more than happy to put them together for us) and delivered them free of charge. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.
