Tooth removal hampered by hitting perfectly healthy teeth. Hygienist only performed half the clean. General attitude of the dentist when talking about cost and options - Thats what I Charge. When I asked about options !!. Strikes me as pure greed !!. Private patient looking for a professional dentist now.

I've been going to Walberton Dental surgery since i was a toddler. In recent years since changing hands a few times the service has gone progressively downhill. 1. One dentist was consistently rude so i changed to the other dentist who was great. 2. Recently we had an email to change our appointment from a date we had booked in for months to a day we cannot do. Sent a response to say no, this does not work for us can you re-book for either a monday or thursday. No response. We popped in there to see why and ask for any monday or thursday appoint, apparently no monday or thursday appoints are available to the end of time!!! This apparently is because they are now down to 1 dentist, who it seems does not work on sunday, monday or a thursday. Very odd!! 3. when we said ok fine cancel we will figure something out like try and source another NHS dentist the receptionist was flippant laughing saying good luck with that. Not what you would expect from a professional organisation. I would give a minus score if I could. RE: Response - We know Sundays the practice is closed, just strange that Mondays and Thursdays are also unavailable. Is it not the norm to be closed for just the 2 days a week or is that you are open but only available for the private patients? Meaning our appointments were moved for this reason? If I went private would i get one on the illusive monday or thursday? I see you did not comment on past rudeness we experienced.

I am grateful to have found such a good NHS dental practice. Both Anna and George provide good quality treatment and have the welfare of their patients at heart. The whole practice is run efficiently: receptionists are polite and friendly; Ive had responses within hours to my messages left on the answer phone and their reminders of appointments can not be improved upon.

Had an appointment today with George. I think either I forgot to say something about a broken tooth or maybe I just didn't highlight in my last appt well enough (its entirely possible I imagined it!), but nethertheless, he and his dental nurse got it it sorted super quick for me on top of the other bits they did. Have to say each step they did was super quick and efficient and my teeth feel great! Also, the receptionist was very friendly too! Highly recommend!

Ive been a patient of Annas for several years now and have always been very happy with the treatment received. She is professional and has been very caring during a lot of dental treatment that Ive needed. Ive just had the final appointment to fit an implant after having teeth removed and I could not be more pleased with the result.
