I used Russell to give my Brompton a once over, it hadn't had anything done in over a year and I've been using it daily in London. I wanted to go local, and Russell was a pleasure to deal with. A really swift turnaround, didn't sting me for any 'sudden' costs, stuck to the quote he gave me, even dropped off the rear wheel to an external wheel builder (I'd managed to lose half the spokes during the commute). It's now come back shiny, tightened in places I didn't know were loose.. excellent job! H definitely cares about bikes and his customers, will be using him again for my road bike and all future servicing needs.

Used Russell for another job, this time to fit tubeless tyres to my wifes ebike, he was very prompt and courteous, fitment was carried out in a timely manor and with good helpful advice and conversation. All went well and I would highly recommend.

Russell came to pick my bike up and was very friendly and I knew straight away that he would look after my only mode of transport. He explained what he thought would need fixing at first look then, once hed taken the bike away, gave me a call to confirm his thoughts. He also sent me links to the new items that he would use to fix my bike. The bike was ready within 24hrs, something I was extremely happy with and not expecting. My gears and brakes are now smoother than when I first bought the bike. Russell is genuine bloke and true to his word. Outstanding service.

Russell has helped me out several times with issues on my bikes. Very friendly and helpful, his mobile service saved me time and money by not having to take my bike into Chichester. Russell knows what hes doing and is very competitively priced, so you get a great job at a fair price - thoroughly happy and highly recommended
