Ive just had ben set up my custom tank for me I honestly cannot recommend him enough, hes very reliable, very knowledgeable and he couldn't be more helpful. He stayed and made sure the job was done even though it was 1am and didn't complain once, if you want reliable, trust worthy and brilliant customer service then look no further as you will not find anyone better

From start to finish TANK and Ben were there to answer any questions I had. Being without an aquarium for 6 years I was desperate to find the right choice, and boy did I find it with Ben! Having looked at tanks in your mainstream shops I wasn't ever satisfied with the overall quality. Then one day I came across TANK on Facebook - and there the dream became reality. The level of high quality advice and service from the beginning was above and beyond my expectations. Every detail and concern was not just answered, but covered in detail. Never having a sump option before Ben covered all the benefits this path provided. I will be honest and say the cost element is slightly more then the highstreet options, but I cannot express the difference in quality. If you want quality in build, design, and finish, including every customised options, then this company offers everything and more! Having a full setup gave me the opportunity to pick Ben's experience, and the day spent with Ben was so valuable. The hard work and dedication he gives every customer goes to show how highly recommended TANK are. I would recommend TANK to anyone who already has a setup looking for advice and guidance, right through to beginners wanting to get into this rewarding and satisfying hobby. TANK for me are exceptional in every aspect of help, advice, maintenance, and a full aquarium setup, as was my path. Absolutely recommend. I wanted to upgrade my 200lt discus tank to a bigger tank but was totally confused about what to do. I knew sumped was the way to go and Ben went through literally everything. From explanations via a video walkthrough on his own tank explaining clearly and without jargon all down to the lighting, heating and other accessories. Yesterday I had my new 500lt tank delivered with optiwhite glass and 200lt sump custom built and in a custom finish to the cabinet and hood which look amazing and matches the rooms furnishings. Although I felt confident to plumb the tank Ive opted for Ben to visit next week to help with the setup so its done perfectly as with two young children and life in general for the cost of the visit it removes the head scratching and a little stress. Once set up pictures will follow. I would absolutely recommend Bens company, everything has been made so easy, no pressure, and nothing is too much trouble making an excellent experience so far and look forward to having it completed. Thank you so much, its going to be such an awesome focal point in the house!
