I have been with this surgery for almost 8 years and I can honestly say this is the best surgery I have ever been a patient at. I never have a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly and Dr Mann is outstanding. She has helped me with my ongoing health issues. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough and I feel fortunate to be one of their patients. Karen Gibbins

If i could put no stars I would. Since Doctor B has left this surgery it is a joke. I work 9-5 and I have had appointments before at 5.15 and 5.30 so why now is the last appointment at 4.30? Also they are open untill 6pm? My husband 77 has still not had flu jab or Covid-19 booster nor has my son that is vulnerable and has a breathing machine. Come on practice manager sort this out.

I have never known a doctors surgery to be closed from 12:30-3pm! And then closes so regularly for staff training. Can never get an appointment. Unless you ring at 8:30am or 3pm. You cant book in advance. Theyve also now changed the automated message so you have to listen to a robot talking about sending you a text message for the bloody web address before you can even press 1 for an appointment. Very frustrating service.

I called today 26/07/22 and got through at 14.17. Despite being 1st in the queue, I waited 52 mins. My query was regarding online registration. I spoke to a lady who said her name was Marie. I wanted to check if my registration form had been recieved & she said I cant do it online & that the form is just for existing customers, when in actual fact the form I filled out said new patients. Marie was extremly rude for no reason, sarcastic, had no knowledge of the online registration process, was very combative when I asked if she had access to the website to double check, she said rudely if I have an issue with the website to speak to the practice manager. I asked for their details & she replied seeing as you know the website so well you can find the info there then she cut off the phone. Im in utter shock & will take this further. If you do not like your job or dont know how to speak to customers find somewhere else to work. A despicable lady & should be disciplined for such foul customer service. I will be popping into the surgery at some point hopefully her attitude in person changes.
