Having joined Sallys pregnancy yoga class as a complete novice, I felt welcomed, confident and supported, continuing the lessons from 14 weeks right up to my due date. I enjoyed them so much, I then took my son to mum and baby yoga sessions which was a lovely way to get back into exercise whilst bonding with my new baby. Sally is great with the babies and personalised the lessons according to our needs. I would recommend her classes to everyone.

I love my sessions with Sally. Her classes are challenging and varied each week, yet similar and relaxing, allowing for you to develop your skills, movement and flexibility at your own pace. Sally clearly explains each pose (giving it its yoga name), why we are doing it and different levels depending on how our bodies are feeling and how much we wish to challenge ourselves. I would defintely recommend her whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi.

Sally is foremost a trained teacher with great experience which she applies superbly to her yoga teachings. I have attended her classes for over 4 years and she has enthused me to continue, with the obvious benefits that yoga brings. Classes are fun and interesting, informative and encouraging and one feels physically and mentally relaxed after a session.

I enjoy my weekly antenatal yoga session with Sally and actually wish there was more than one a week. I suffer from pelvic girdle pain and I always feel my symptoms lessen after yoga with Sally. Its very relaxed and it has been so nice to have met the other mums in the class. Id fully recommend the class to any mums to be out there.

I love attending Sally's yoga classes - there's a good mix of poses and focuses to develop different parts of my practise. Sally explains each pose and how to get the most out of it, with different difficulty levels depending on your ability. It's definitely improved my strength. And one of the best parts of the class is the relaxation at the end which takes my stresses and cares away.
