Emma Cathro Reflexology & Massage

Truly amazing, Emma is so lovely, easy to talk to and connect, refreshingly non judgemental. She makes sure the environment is tuned for feeling relaxed, cosy and warm. I have thoroughly enjoyed the four treatments I received as a gift voucher for my birthday. This was by far the most relaxing experience I have ever had. It was interesting to observe how my body reacted to the treatment in the days after. I would definately recommend trying reflexology with Emma if you want to feel brilliant afterwards.

Thank you Emma for the wonderful treatment today, I cant wait for the next one. Everything about the session was so relaxing, from the warm welcome, the cosy chair and blankets, to the view and of course the reflexology massage itself - just gorgeous.

Highly recommend reflexology with Emma. I wasnt sure what to expect for my first session but went into a deeply relaxed zone in her lovely heated chair and left feeling lighter, calmer and relaxed. Booked my next session already. Wish Id tried this years ago.

Emma is amazing, a healer with magic touch. Her space is beautiful, her attention to detail is echoed in her attention in you! She really takes her time to get to know you and your needs, from your body to your lifestyle. She gives amazing advice and is not judgemental. I always feel safe, seen and confident in giving myself over to her in treatments so I can relax! Thank you Emma. I 10000% recommend. I have enjoyed Reflexology with Emma for a number of years now and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments. What I also really like are the simple life style tweaks she has recommended, that help me improve and maintain my general wellbeing. What she says makes perfect sense.
