We had a slight rat problem at our student house and so contacted Baughan Pest Control. We have pet guinea pigs and so were really concerned that they would come to harm. We expressed this when we called to report the problem and they were very understanding and arranged for the team to come out to us that same day. Baughan Pest Control also gave us prevention advice and we subsequently changed how we stored the guinea supplies and thankfully havent had any problems since. BPC provided a quick, effective and friendly service and I would highly recommend them!

We had a bad problem of pests in our loft - we could hear scratching throughout the night and things moving around above us as we laid in bed. We weren't sure what type of pest it was, but Baughan Pest Control were excellent - they identified quickly that we had glis glis in our loft. They very quickly and efficiently dealt with the glis glis by setting a trap, and after a few days the scratching stopped! Roy, Grace & Stanley were friendly and kept us updated on what they were doing and gave us advice on how to prevent the glis glis returning in the future by identifying places they may get in and suggesting how to seal these up. Excellent service, would definitely use again!

I have found the workers at this company to be very incompetent and I received appalling customer service when dealing with the company. We had a rat problem in our roof and called this company to help. We could hear rats scratching about in the loft and also above a flat roof above our en-suite bathroom. The owner of the company came and laid some poison in the loft but did not properly address the rat problem In the flat roof over the en-suite bathroom. Consequently weeks after he left we could still hear the rats moving about over the flat roof. I called the owner to tell him I could still hear the rats, and got a very rude an irate response from him (of course after he received my payment ). He shouted that he will not return to the house and he is unwilling to do anymore. Needless to say I was taken by surprise at such a response to a customer. I tried to explain that he did not treat all the areas where we could hear the rats but he did not want to hear it. He eventually hung up the phone when he heard enough. Dont be fooled by this cowboy outfit trying to pass as a reputable company. If you have an infestation problem dont waste your hard earned money on this company, find someone else.
