From the first time I contacted DAC Removals, I was impressed. Abbey came to do a quote quickly and reassured me that they could undertake our packing and move. Each time I spoke to them they were calming, they understood how stressful things were as we were getting closer to exchanging contracts. The team who packed and moved us were polite and courteous throughout. I cannot thank them enough.

All started well, consider your options, make sure your they fully understand your needs and what you have to move. DAC arranged a pre-move day load which went well. Promised 5 people at10.30 2 turned up as 10.45 followed hour later by 3 more people. this caused a knock on effect at the other end we finally vacated at 5.30. Luckily Our buyers were not moving in on the same day. DAC asked for my feedback I have given them my honest opinion it was not DAC's finest hour. They may refute and defend the events of the day that's their choice, this is my brief version. You will notice as with most moving companies they refer to the terms and conditions constantly I read them and complied but when your asked to sign off at the end of the day sign it with a caveat after all you never know what you will find after they have gone. Why three stars its not all bad, some of the staff are troopers, they worked hard they ultimately moved us into our house.

Left me high and dry 2 days before moving. Provisionally booked 2 dates with them for moving house and then when I contacted to confirm one of them they tell me they can no longer do it. What's the point of provisionally booking a date if you're going to give that slot to someone else without even confirming??

We cannot praise the DAC team enough. Abbey kept in touch throughout the process reassuring us that everything would be fine as our move was very problematic with our end of the chain. Our move was a 2 day move to North Yorkshire. Abbey and Aaron on time loaded our belongings. The next day Aaron and Ryan arrived at 9:45-10:00am and delivered our belongings. The DAC team are very professional and with a great sense of humour we had a good laugh and joke which was very pleasant. We highly recommend Abbey and her team without hesitation. 5 stars to DAC

Im writing this review to thank DAC Removals for making our move 2 weeks ago so easy. Everything went to plan and the team communicated so well with us and each other. Thanks again DAC.
