Hot Tub Hub

We love our Hot Tub from Hot Tub Hub. The service of the company has been exceptional. They set up everything perfectly and they had so much patience in explaining us all about the use and how to care for our Hot Tub. They are also super in after care, as they come back to you straight away if you have any questions about your Hot Tub. Also they offer a maintenance plan, which we see as a massive help. All in all, they have a super warm and friendly team and we could not recommend them more.

We spent many hours (months!) researching and visiting all local hot-tub companies around the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area and Hot Tub Hub in Westcott were the least pushiest but yet most professional. The atmosphere upon walking in was clean and welcoming without the hard sales pitch, wasnt tacky or cheap and didnt make us uncomfortable. The display is really pleasing to the eye....quite luxurious in fact. We werent pounced on immediately and were given just enough time to nosey and mooch around as we were approached and asked if we needed any assistance. We were asked what we already knew which was nice and positive rather than it just being assumed we knew nothing. There was no time pressure even though other customers were looking (The outdoor space is very relaxing and tranquil so actually you kind of lose track of time!) Tim was so helpful regarding the advice needed for my wifes poor mobility and the requirements we had that we decided to place the order there and then and a few weeks later, we now have a fully functioning Capitola with midnight canyon shell. He visited our home to advise on location as we had too much choice and we have to say, where he decided we should place it is absolutely the best decision. Everything was so easy: they organised the electrics and landscaping, their team members always arrived when they said they would and were always pleasant. We have had to ask a few more questions since installation and these have been responded too either the same day or the next one. It takes a lot to impress me as I have high expectations and standards so I am very pleased to have written this review and would not hesitate in recommending them....and actually (Im quietly whispering) were hoping they start doing swimming pools too!

I cant speak highly enough of Hot Tub Hub, they have been fantastic from start to finish. Firstly, we did not feel that we were being sold to by Tim, instead he was very knowledgeable and happy to help. The installation, electrics and building work required were all seamless and done to an exceptional standard. Aftercare has also been great, Tim is always on hand for any questions and help. I would recommend Hot Tub Hub to anybody.

Absolutely cant recommend Hot Tub Hub enough Tim and Luke have been extremely helpful in making the best choice to suit our needs. We were invited for a private wet test with no pressure to buy. Delivery and setup was calm and faultless with Tim always on the end of the phone for advice in caring for our beautiful Hot Tub. I cant thank them enough.

Highly recommended Went to look at showroom at Westcote Buckinghamshire , email appointment only , sales rep Tim was very knowledgeable . NO pushy salesmanship which was really what we liked , Tim made us feel comfortable , very relaxed and friendly . Superb service throughout the whole process, nothing was to much trouble , kept us up to date regularly. Whole process ran smoothly , if we had any questions there was always someone on the end of the line. We purchased the Fantasy Enamor , perfect size for 4 adults , very relaxing , easy to use and keep clean, couldnt be happier. Debs and Ste Wendover Bucks.
