Update 21/4 - these chancers will ride roughshod over your consumer rights - today the suggested i went to the ombudsman and sent me a link. Yet they are not even members of the relevant trade body, so the ombudsman is unable to resolve any dispute. Wake up world. These guys appear to lack integrity. The whole experience was rubbish from start to finish - look how the interior now looks just 9 months after the much delayed completion (they never did manage to correct their defective workmanship so I gave up in the end). EDITED 26 April 2023 Despite the vendor reply below- no action has been taken to remedy the fault. Green Retreats are unable to provide evidence of sending a warranty (which we never received) or proof of the air conditioning fitting- we have the original installing companys written evidence that this was faulty. Absolutely appalling service- strongly suggest you consider before purchasing as products are sub standard and zero aftercare. ORIGINAL REVIEW Very poor service and aftercare, substandard product. We have sadly experienced a number of quality issues with our Green retreats garden room. To name a few- mismatched flooring colours, incorrect glazing and door handles being fitted, multiple recalls for fixes and alarmingly an air conditioning unit being fitted incorrectly (without the fluid required for safe operation) leading to malfunction. We were given incorrect (written) advice from the provider to restart the AC unit which lead to further damage. Green Retreats have refused to rectify this due to us not having the unit serviced within a year despite not advising us that this needed to be carried out and being unable to provide the documents that they have said were emailed. We are now left with a bill to remove these faulty items and refit at our expense rendering the full warranty useless. When asked to support the replacement GR refused to help. I would STRONGLY advise you to go to a quality but cheaper provider- these are not quality products.

This company appears to not consider the aesthetic view of these structures and their impact on neighbouring properties. These are shots of the back of it ie from my garden s as no bedroom window. Thank you for your reply to my review and for acknowledging that you understand why I am displeased with your product. I would be delighted if you would provide my feedback to your designers and surveyors so that you can build my feedback into your designs and processes. Amazing experience from start to finish. Half a day to put the base down and 4 days to construct and complete the build. Couldn't have been simpler. We were able to amend every aspect of the design and the guys onsite also added some last minute advice, which I'm pleased I asked them to implement.
