Bought hygenic pvc sheets from csgroup. Had to return them as needed different finish, did not even take item of the box. CS told me that there is 20% restocking fee and return on my cost. Ruturning is fine, but 20% restocking fee is not LISTED under their Terms and Condition, i have then asked to confirm this and Kamila emailed me a portion of Screenshot of their "own" Terms and Conditions , which is not avaialble on their website and i just had to trust them it exists. Fair enough, i have paid Next Day Delivery ( 25 ) on 18th of November. On 4th of December i chased to say i have sent it 2 weeks and and haven't received aknowledgement neither refund. The reply was : "Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding.Your return has been located and is now in processing, we will confirm as soon as the refund is processed" On 12 of December i had to chase them again and explained that my order was 100 , to return i have paid postage 25 , restocking fee 20 (which is not listed under T and C) and all this for 3 weeks waiting and chasing twice. On 13th of December i have received a reply : "I have been off and juts catching up on all queries will check with our Goods in and will issue a return. Apologies one more time for delay" It is 25th of December today, Christmas and i have to write this as i still did not receive any update or refund. Shame their customer service is that terrible, as i have to admit i liked the product.
