        Went to register a new pet .Really surprised that there isn't any parking (obviously due to location) . Felt underwhelmed by the person on reception who didn't seem that friendly .Was recommended by her to stick to Frome branch as they have a bigger carpark where we are registered. Will do !

        Took our dog for a wellness check up, what a waste of time. All she did was weigh her said she had a shiny coat, and then said all done. Didnt check her ears or teeth or ask if we had any concerns. Think its time to look for a new Vet
