Disgusted with the customer service here. We ordered a 15ft light. When it arrived it stated that we needed to check for damage before signing. Doing this on a product of this size is complicated to say the least. There was no external damage but upon fitting we found two bulbs were broken. We also discovered that the cable exited from the wrong side of the light, a manufacturing defect, not damage. The company was was unwilling to replace the bulbs at their cost and would only replace the item if we could repackage it for collection. 15ft tubes are not easy to store or cost effective to purchase. This sort of attitude over something which would have cost them 5 in real terms is pathetic. Needless to say we will not be using this company again and certainly not recommending it.

Opened the package the next day and found one of the tubes were broken. Called in for a hopeful replacement without additional cost but Vivid Signs would not accept and said I should have checked when delivered. This is absolute ridiculous as it is not an external fault and only realized when being fitted. With trust Vivid Signs should handle their delivery with care and I am left with a faulty product of which I need to pay extra to have it working. Extremely Disappointed. Will not recommend. Judging by review below, I 100% agree.
