Rude scammers! All invoices sent via an unsafe server so they end up in your junk mail and then you're hit with a "late payment fee" which coincidentally goes straight through to your main inbox? This gets chased six months later, with a threat for further legal action. Customer service is appalling and I will be looking to take this further with the ombudsman to understand how any company can continue to try and scam people like this. You only have to see their reviews to see how bad this company is.

Awful company with terrible communication. I didn't receive an Invoice for a sub-let property and the first communication I received was a demand for 42 late payment fee. When I questioned why I didn't receive the Invoice which I would have paid immediately (25) , I just hit a brick wall with a totally unsatisfactory response. The reviews on here reflect how unprofessional and cowboy-like this Company are, avoid at all costs!
