The Ham Post Office

Rude unhelpful - staff and FYI only open until 6pm (closed by6pm not at 6pm) not 7pm as gooe and post office website states

Today I went into the post office waited in the queue got to the front when a DPD man came in to collect parcellels. The lady said I had to wait while she delt with him and walked off when she returned she didn't come to serve me she went to the shop side and started serving another customer with a basket full even though I was there first she said the shop came first. I told her that that was not right and asked where the notice was that said this she said there wasn't one .... I did kick off because this is disgusting customer service and then she denied me service but I would not move till she serverd me After reading the bad rewiews I can see I'm not the only one who has complained about this

Had my Amazon parcel delivered here, my partner went to pick it up as Amazon had sent a few emails to say its there. Gent on the Till barely looked at the parcels and automatically said it wasnt there, had piles and piles of parcels. 0 effort to even look. Now thats a Christmas present that someone wont get. Never again

Visited to post special delivery. Picked a4 padded envelope which had price of 68p on however the owner decided to get rich by charging me double. You were caught out mate (owner) shame on you

Always get great service here. Mr Siri the owner is always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. His wife is a bit on the quiet and reserved side, but polite nevertheless. The old man who used to be there was a bit grumpy and crudgomly at times but he seems to have gone now. Roz who sometimes works there is always bubbly, polite and friendly. All in all a good place shop.
