        Not sure why they bother having a phone that they never answer? Very poor performance at this shop, especially the post office.

        The staff are polite and helpful but come on Post Office sort it out !!! Closed for nearly 3 weeks for security reasons because of a broken door that I could fix in 30mins, ridiculous !!!!!

        Used to be so great, now very disappointing. Been trying to pick up a parcel for the past week. Every day its not open. Tonight arrive at 6.59pm to be told it shuts at 7, so can I get my parcel?? No its shut, now its 7. Opening times online say till 8pm. Literally last straw! Been in different times over the past few days every time its 'shut' nothing can be done, ask when I can. Told normal times tomorrow and guess what it's shut! No customer service at all.
