Terrible company with awful customer service. Delays or no replies at all to messages.
Wrong item shipped to me and no response for 4 days. Blamed the supplier and then said I would have to wait " until there is a van in your area". Took a month to collect and that was only after persistent chasing of courier who never turned up the first time. Almost a week after it was collected, I received a call from a different driver asking if I would be in for him to collect!!!!!
After a week of chasing after item collection Sarta finally admitted they had received it. No apologies offered, no refund forthcoming.
Thank God for PayPal or I probably would never have got my money back (which took 2 months)as Sarta never responded to them either. Never again!!!!
