        I contacted this company to ask if they could replace the ignition switch on a gas cooker. The response from Dean was courteous and the job carried out promptly.

        Bath domestic appliances could not be asked to find the parts I needed for my cooker. They just said they could not get them. I sourced them myself through another cooker parts place in Cardiff who ordered them for me easily. I will never ask BDA again for any other help in the future, they were completely not interested
