        Reception should be manned at all times during daytime, and isn't. When it IS manned, the receptionist is often inexperienced and therefore ill-equipped to deal with any emergencies. Meals are VERY variable in quantity and quality - e.g. a recent spaghetti bolognaise consisted of anaemic, tasteless spaghetti covered by a watery tomato sauce with some mushrooms in. Other meals have been good, though, but everything (including the meals) is charged at premium prices.
